Service Description

Experience the serenity and lightness of our Lite practice. This guided session focuses on intentional slow and light foundational movements, grounding you in seated Hatha postures that encourage a meditative state.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation online as early as possible. Doing this allows someone who is waitlisted to be confirmed in the class. You can cancel up to one hour before the start of class without penalty.
