We designed our Transform program to give you some time to immerse in our studio, learn, explore, and experience our various offerings. We offer many styles of yoga that come from traditional yoga lineages like Ashtanga and Hot 26 & 2 (Bikram). We have deeply-rooted foundational classes that allow exploration: Hatha, Heated Flow, Lite, Yin, Restore, Gong, and meditation.
