Nicole embarked on her yoga journey in 2014, seeking physical recovery post-pregnancy. With a hope to shed weight and enhance flexibility, she ventured into hot yoga, unaware of its profound implications. While it did contribute to weight loss initially, consistent practice over a few months unveiled its broader impact on her well-being. Beyond physical transformation, Nicole experienced heightened serenity and joy, recognizing the transformative power of the 90-minute moving meditation.

Driven by her newfound passion, Nicole committed to teacher training in May 2017. Now, as a certified instructor, she delights in imparting the transformative Traditional Hot Yoga series to her students. Every day, she revels in the privilege of sharing her love for yoga with others, embodying her devotion to the practice.
