Online Yoga Life Lite

Service Description

Join our Yoga Life Lite class via zoom. Discover gentle but beneficial movement, connect with your breath and find meditative focus. Our popular Yoga Life Lite class in an online format taught from our studio practice room. You will receive a zoom link via email after registering. Please join the class about 5 minutes before the start time, and make sure to register at least 60 minutes before class so we can properly prepare.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation online as early as possible. Doing this allows someone who is waitlisted to be confirmed in the class. You can cancel up to one hour before the start of class without penalty.
