Experience the rejuvenating benefits of our Online Restore class from the comfort of your own home. With the use of props and intentional postures, this guided practice aims to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore your well-being. All levels are welcome, and you'll just need a few items like a yoga mat, blanket, blocks or books, a bolster or firm pillow, and a strap. Join us on Zoom for a calming and restorative experience.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation online as early as possible. Doing this allows someone who is waitlisted to be confirmed in the class. You can cancel up to one hour before the start of class without penalty.
