Service Description

A guided practice using props to support the body with intentional postures that promote relaxation to reduce stress in the body and restore well-being. Our restore classes take place in our infrared heated room. Infrared heat has been shown to be healing on a cellular level. We have blocks, blankets, straps and bolsters in our studio for your to use (we wipe them down each time they are used), but you are also welcome to bring your own props if desired. You will need to make sure you have a yoga mat and blanket, along with blocks or books, a bolster or firm pillow, and some sort of strap.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation online as early as possible. Doing this allows someone who is waitlisted to be confirmed in the class. You can cancel up to one hour before the start of class without penalty.
