Service Description

Restore your well-being and reduce stress with our Restore class. This guided practice uses props to support your body and intentional postures to promote relaxation. Our infrared heated room provides healing on a cellular level, and our studio is fully equipped with blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters to enhance your experience.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation online as early as possible. Doing this allows someone who is waitlisted to be confirmed in the class. You can cancel up to one hour before the start of class without penalty.
