Service Description

Yin is designed to reach deep into connective tissue and help us find ways to release our holding patterns. You will find time for stillness in the core postures of the sequence, allowing your body and mind a chance to relax. Yoga nidra takes you into the hypnogogic state of mind (just between sleeping and waking). You will be assisted into the most relaxing physical posture and guided into a dreamlike state.
