Science shows that yoga improves both physical and mental health. A practice of mindfulness can change your life. We give them the tools to experience real yoga that can actually be used in their lives at an early age. We share the concepts of body movement, meditation and mindfulness in the same ways we do with our adult classes because we believe kids of this age are able to understand a structured, foundational practice. And we also believe this is the format that will stay with them in valuable ways. Recommended for ages 8 -15.
