Our meditation program is focused on cultivating an ability to sit in still meditation. Still meditation requires a reliance only on yourself to find calm. We offer guided meditations or other forms of relaxation too as sometimes seated meditation is a difficult starting place or maybe there is a day when you just need to be guided. Traditional yoga meditation is, however, still, seated meditation because this form allows you the space to really listen to yourself and what is happening, and to connect with the world around you and the energy you can feel when not focusing on something external.
