Our Youth Yoga program is very unique in that it is a structured and progressive program. We work through the traditional yoga sequences that are meant to increase mobility, help the student find calm, and improve focus. Our program is centered around the traditional aspects of yoga because we believe that youth of this age are able to engage in a true practice if guided correctly. We've crafted this 8-week session for ages 10+. Class sizes are limited to 10 and each class is taught by an adult certified yoga instructor who is also a parent.
