Kids' Yoga & Music Enrichment

Movement, mindfulness and music exploration for kids ages 5-12.  We will start with some fun movement and then work toward engaging in music playing for exploration, and finish with listening to live music (acoustic guitar) to create stillness.  Our studio is large enough to stay socially distanced and we have musical tubes for each child to use individually during the session.  Together their tube tapping will create musical patterns.  Movement taught by Trisha Rachoy and music played (acoustic guitar) and taught (individual tubes and notes) by Elise Rachoy, a teenage youth trained in violin, guitar and voice.
