About the event

Movement, mindfulness and music listening for kids ages 5-11.  We will start with sun salutations, a foundational yoga sequential movement, and then explore some different static postures.  After movement, we will finish with listening to live music (acoustic guitar) to create stillness, and a small guided meditation.
