We invite you to treat your dear self to an evening of supreme self-care with Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation while lying down), by Gift of Rest founder Sherie Sloane, E-RYT/ YACEP, accompanied by the healing sounds of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls played by Reiki Healer Tiffanny Bernsee.
