Jenn
Jenn’s yoga journey began in 2003, shortly after becoming a mother. Initially drawn to the physical practice, she soon discovered yoga’s profound capacity for emotional healing and personal growth—transforming her path as an educator, mother, and wife.
As both student and teacher, Jenn is committed to guiding others toward their most authentic selves through the integration of body, mind, spirit, and voice. She approaches yoga as a sustainable practice—one that supports lifelong well-being through consistency, self-awareness, and compassion, rather than the pursuit of perfect poses.
In her classes, students can expect a grounded blend of strength, fluidity, and self-inquiry. Known for her intuitive sequencing, inclusive teaching style, and grounded presence, Jenn offers thoughtful variations to meet students where they are. Her approach invites curiosity and exploration, where the practice becomes a reflection of each student’s personal journey. Her classes blend strength and spirituality, always rooted in curiosity—students can “expect the unexpected.”
Jenn completed her initial 200-hour certification in Ashtanga-Vinyasa at the Center for Yoga under Jonny Kest. She further deepened her practice by completing a 300-hour certification and is currently pursuing her 1008-hour certification with her teacher and mentor, Janet Stone. As part of her advanced studies, Jenn has traveled alongside Janet to yoga festivals and international retreats, including a transformative pilgrimage through Tamil Nadu, India, and immersive experiences in Mexico, Croatia, and Bali.
Jenn draws her deepest inspiration from remaining a devoted student of yoga—one breath, one practice at a time.
