Jenn embarked on her yogic journey shortly after embracing motherhood in 2003. What initially began as a pursuit driven by physicality and ego gradually transformed into a means of profound physical and emotional healing. This evolution extended beyond the confines of her yoga mat and permeated into her roles as an educator, mother, and wife.

As a fellow student, Jenn helps students find their authentic selves in body, mind, spirit, and voice by sharing her practice. As an instructor, students can expect to experience a mind-body connection through a perfect balance of strengthening and spirituality. Renowned for her extensive knowledge, grounded presence, innovative teaching methods, and intuitive sequencing, Jenn fosters an environment of exploration while offering modifications to ensure inclusivity for practitioners of all abilities. As in everyday life, students can “expect the unexpected” in every class with Jenn.

Jenn attained her foundational 200-hour certification in Ashtanga-Vinyasa from the Center for Yoga under the guidance of Jonny Kest. Deepening her practice, she pursued an additional 300-hour certification with her current mentor, Janet Stone. Jenn's journey has taken her far and wide, accompanying Janet to numerous yoga festivals and international retreats, including a transformative pilgrimage through the province of Tamil Nadu, India. Indeed, Jenn’s true inspiration comes from being a student.
