Laura
Laura embarked on her yoga journey in 2013, intertwining her roles as a Doctor of Pharmacy and a former athlete seamlessly with the yogic lifestyle, aligning with her holistic view on health and fitness. Despite being a mother of four, she fervently practiced yoga through two pregnancies, finding solace and strength in the fluidity of vinyasa and the discipline of Ashtanga. Under the guidance of Todd Boman in Chicago, she delved into the intricacies of the Ashtanga second series, while also immersing herself in C-yoga with Carmen Aquilar, focusing on mastering arm balances and inversions.
