Taylor

Taylor is a certified Hatha yoga teacher, wellness enthusiast, and dog lover. Taylor completed her teacher training in Colorado, where she spent a transformative month deepening her practice in the mountains. That experience grounded her and brought her closer to her life’s calling.

Taylor is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with the community and promoting health and wellness through mindful movement. The peace yoga brings to both her mind and body is something she strives to share with all her students. In her teaching, she focuses on creating a space that is gentle, inclusive, and accessible to yogis of all levels.
