Taylor's yoga journey began in Colorado, where she spent a transformative month deepening her practice amidst the mountains. This experience grounded her and brought her closer to her life's calling.

She strives to create a gentle, inclusive, and accessible space for yogis of all levels, aiming to share the peace that yoga brings to both mind and body.

Taylor received her 200-hour certification from Shoshoni Yoga in Colorado, where she spent a transformative month deepening her practice in the mountains.
