Yoga Life Heated Flow (Guided)

Service Description

This energetic, fully guided class takes place in a moderately heated (90°) room and is rooted in Hatha postures slowly sequenced with an emphasis on linking breath with dynamic movement. Once the sequence is taught, students will have the option to free-flow or stay with the teacher.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation online as early as possible. Doing this allows someone who is waitlisted to be confirmed in the class. You can cancel up to one hour before the start of class without penalty.
