Service Description

Experience the benefits of our infrared studio and lightness of our Hatha Lite practice. This guided session focuses on intentional slow and light foundational movements, winding down with grounded seated Yin postures that encourage a meditative state for all levels of practitioners. Infrared Temperature 85-90 degrees.
