Service Description

Yin-Yang Yoga blends two complementary styles of practice—Yin and Yang—to create a balanced and holistic experience. Yin yoga involves slow, meditative postures held for longer durations, targeting the deep connective tissues and encouraging stillness and introspection. In contrast, Yang yoga—such as Hatha or Ashtanga—features dynamic, active sequences that build strength, increase flexibility, and energize the body. By harmonizing these opposing yet interconnected approaches, Yin-Yang yoga fosters a sense of equilibrium between body and mind, supporting both relaxation and revitalization.
