Olga
Olga's yoga journey began in her early 20s, amid the tumult of battling eating disorders and grappling with multiple autoimmune diseases. It was a period marked by constant struggle until she stumbled upon a yoga, which served as a transformative doorway to a more positive existence. Her first Ashtanga practice proved to be a profoundly uplifting experience that altered the trajectory of her life. Since then, she has committed herself to the path of teaching, continuous learning, and personal growth through her yoga practice.

Olga establishes a tranquil haven where healing commences from the first mindful breath on the mat. She believes in yoga's transformative potential, shaping her classes to transcend physical exercise to nourish the entire being.

With a decade of teaching experience, Olga holds a 1,000-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, and Tantra Kundalini yoga. Additionally, she is certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN).
